COVID-19 Policy

You must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the conference. To ensure your vaccinations are up-to-date, please refer to the CDC guidelines. Please be prepared to show proof at any time during the convention.

By registering, you agree to abide by all rules and requirements that may be in place now or later, including during the convention. By registering, you agree rules are subject to change at AAJA’s sole discretion, including but not limited to the possibility of mandating masks at convention. You understand that refusal to adhere to rules and requirements may lead to immediate expulsion with no refund for registration or any event and activation. 

We will consider religious and medical exemptions on a case by case basis. Regardless of the relatively low rates of infection, we strongly recommend you reconsider attending the AAJA convention given the life-threatening nature of COVID-19 to both you and others in attendance.
